This is a Continuing Education Seminar illustrating a new fitness system we’ve titled “Fitness In A Box” that’s simple to perform and instruct with your patients and clients.

Your muscles make up almost 40% of your total body weight and therefore, they can impact your health in a greater way by supporting joints, stimulating the nervous system and releasing key elements through out the body.

This system uses the science of flexing as many muscles as possible while performing a single exercise. This advanced conditioning discipline focuses on maximum stimulation instead of just isolating certain muscle groups. When the body is forced to find a place of balance it stimulates more sensory receptors, which in turn, strengthens muscles, improves coordination, microcirculation, posture and mental acuity.

“The more muscle older adults have, the lower their risk of co-morbidity and death. Thus, rather than worrying about weight or body mass index (BMI), we should be trying to maximize and maintain muscle mass”

~ American Journal of Medicine.

Participants will receive a total of 4 CEUs upon completion of the entire program with a minimum passing score of 70% on post program exam. Details explained in registration process.
